Some Useful Tips & Terms of Ballooning

• Passengers are advised to wear 100 % natural fibre clothing ,with long trousers and sleeved shirts or tops and suitable outdoor footwear.
• Some medical conditions may preclude a passengers ability to fly ( eg: epilepsy, recent surgery, serious history of heart condition etc),any known condition should be disclosed both at the time of booking and also to the pilot on the day flight. For safety reasons, pregnant women will not permitted to fly.
• Any passenger whose weight exceeds 125 kg/280 pounds or any passenger who requires seating for 2 persons will be requested to pay a 100 % surcharge on the ticket price.
• Children under the age 8 years will not be allowed to fly, children between 8 and 16 years will only be accepted if accompanies by a responsible adult. All children should be a minimum of 137 centimeters (4ft 6th ) tall.
• Flight cancelled by Balloon companies due to the unfavorable weather reasons conditions, or operational difficulties will be funded in full .
